Tough Mudder on Saturday!

I've got less than a week until this year's Tough Mudder... Not so sure I was smart signing up again this year - I haven't had the time (make that 'made the time') to prep and train the way that I should have. Last year I went in nervous, but in better overall shape than this year and now I'm really nervous.

My hope is to make it through in generally one piece and, if I have to shuffle along for some of it on low-speed, so be it. I've already done the full event last year so the whole 'proving something' exercise is sort of behind me. My efforts to get a work team pulled together came to nothing, so I'm running it again solo this year which means I'm going to be relying on unknown others to give me a hand with some of the obstacles, but I think that should go OK.

Regardless - it should be a good day out. The weather is very hot this week, but should be cooling down by the weekend so it should be tolerable.
